Manufacturing and distribution run on paperwork that has to match: a demand turns into a purchase order, a gate pass, a goods received note and a payment, and stock and ledgers have to agree at every step. That's exactly what an ERP is for.
Our ERP
[Enterprise Suite](/products/enterprise-suite) puts twelve modules on one database: supply chain, procurement, production, sales and distribution, QC and QA labs, accounts, cash, time office, HR, payroll and marketing. A purchase moves from a department's demand through requisition, quotation, purchase order, gate pass, GRN and voucher, and every step posts to the stores and the ledgers.
We first built it to run Nutrifactor Laboratories, a supplement manufacturer in Faisalabad. See the Nutrifactor ERP case study.
Selling to the trade
[Bulk Ordering Portal](/products/bulk-ordering-portal) gives your trade customers a private shop with their own prices, every size and variant in one order, and company accounts, like the portal we built for JM Group Ireland's workwear customers.
Staff and workforce
[EMS](/products/ems): attendance with QR check-in, leave, shifts and overtime, with a mobile app for staff and exports for payroll.
[Visa Flow](/products/visa-flow): for companies and manpower agencies managing work visas, quotas, iqamas and permits before they expire.
What manufacturers ask us for most
Approvals that leave a trail. Every document checked and approved by the right person, with a log.
Batches and recipes. Production by batch, with yields and QC results tied to each one.
One version of the numbers. Stores, accounts and sales reading from the same data, so month-end isn't a reconciliation exercise.
