We started working from London in 2015, when we had enough UK clients that a local team made sense. Today our London team looks after clients across the UK and Ireland, with design and development shared with our team in Islamabad. The time difference is only four or five hours, so most of the build happens during your working day.
Projects we've done for UK and Irish clients
- Freesnaps Photo Tiles, a UK store where customers upload their own photos, style them into wooden frame sets and order with free shipping. The photo upload and styling needed custom work alongside the store.
- JM Group Ireland, a private ordering portal where business customers order workwear and safety footwear in every size, with stock, VAT and order tracking.
Business-to-business ordering like JM Group's is a big part of our UK work: trade customers with their own prices, bulk orders, and accounts for each company.
What's different about building for the UK
Cookie consent. Under UK rules, analytics and advertising cookies need the visitor's permission first, and "Reject" has to be as easy as "Accept". We set this up properly, and make sure tracking really waits for the answer.
UK GDPR. If your site collects names, emails or job applications, you need to know where that data is stored, who can see it and how long you keep it. We'll help you write it down in a privacy policy that matches what the site actually does.
VAT and prices. UK shoppers expect prices including VAT. Business buyers usually want them without. A B2B portal has to show both properly, and put the right VAT on invoices.
Payments. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are expected. For trade customers, paying on account by invoice often matters more than a checkout.

Calls on UK time, one person who knows your project, and a working version you can click through every week or two, rather than one big reveal at the end. When it's live, the code, hosting and accounts are in your company's name.
