Two ways to get there

Hisaabii, ready to use. Hisaabii is our own ZATCA-compliant business suite: e-invoicing for phases 1 and 2, clients and CRM, inventory and purchasing, accounts, HR and payroll, with up to 22 reports including VAT. It suits small and growing companies, from SAR 99 a month.

A custom ERP. For manufacturers, distributors and companies with their own way of working, we build an ERP around your process. Our Enterprise Suite began as the system that runs Nutrifactor Laboratories: procurement, production, quality labs, sales, accounts and payroll on one database.

What a Saudi ERP needs

ZATCA e-invoicing. Every sales invoice, credit note and debit note has to follow ZATCA's format and, in phase 2, be reported or cleared through the Fatoora platform.

VAT. Correct VAT on every line, and VAT returns you can file from the system.

Arabic and English. Screens, reports and printed documents in both, with the Arabic layout running right to left.

Saudization and HR. Employee records with iqama and visa expiry dates, GOSI and payroll, so HR isn't a separate spreadsheet.

What it costs
