SaaS and MVP development · For founders

A technology partner for startups, from idea to MVP

We help founders build the smallest product that proves the idea, in eight to twelve weeks, and stay on to grow it.

Most founders don't need a big software company. They need someone who will tell them what to leave out, build the smallest thing that proves the idea, and still be there when it works.

What we do for founders

Shape the first version. We start with a short workshop: who the first users are, the one job the product has to do for them, and what can wait. You leave with a written scope, screens and a fixed price.

Build the MVP. A working web app, mobile app or both, in eight to twelve weeks, with real sign-up, payments and an admin panel. You see a new build every week or two.

Launch and learn. Analytics set up from day one, so you can see what users actually do, plus help with the app stores, landing page and first marketing.

Grow it. When it works, we scale it: subscriptions, multi-tenant accounts, integrations and performance, or we help you hire your own team and hand it over.

Things we've built that started small

  • [Handyman](/products/handyman) and [Caregiver](/products/caregiver): two-sided marketplaces with customer and provider apps, ratings, chat and payouts.
  • [QicGo](/products/qicgo): an on-demand courier platform for the UK, with customer and driver apps and live tracking.
  • [TalkingMe](/products/talkingme): an AI product that scores résumés and video CVs.
  • [Hisaabii](/products/hisaabii): our own SaaS for ZATCA e-invoicing, which we launched in 2022 and still run.

Building our own products means we know the difference between a demo and something people pay for every month.

How we keep costs down

Our engineering team is in Islamabad, which is why an MVP costs a fraction of a US or UK agency's price, and you still get one project manager, weekly demos and code that's yours. See typical prices on our service menu, under "SaaS product or MVP".

The rules we work by

  • NDA before you share your idea.
  • You own the code, accounts and data from the first commit.
  • A fixed price for each phase, agreed in writing.
  • No lock-in: clean code and documentation, so any developer can take over.

Questions founders ask

Do you take equity instead of payment?

No. We work on fixed prices per phase, so you keep full ownership of your company and every decision stays yours.

How much does an MVP cost?

Most MVPs we build are an estimated $1,200 to $4,000, over eight to twelve weeks, depending on how many types of user and features it needs. A simple first version of a mobile app can start around $400.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you share anything about your idea. Your idea, code and data stay yours.

Can you be our technical co-founder?

We can play the part a technical co-founder would in the early stage: choosing the technology, building the product and advising on what to build next. When you're ready to hire your own CTO or developers, we hand over cleanly.

What if we need changes after launch?

That's expected. After launch we keep building in short cycles on a monthly plan, or by the hour, based on what your first users tell you.
