Working the UK way
Calls on UK time, one person who knows your project, written scope and a fixed price before we start, and a working version to click through every week or two. Code, hosting and accounts are in your company's name, with data handled under UK GDPR.
What it costs
A web portal is usually an estimated $800 to $2,000 (about £650 to £1,600) and six to ten weeks; larger systems cost more. See the service menu or tell us what you need.
Questions we get in the UK
Do you integrate with Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. We can connect a new system to the accounting software you already use, so invoices and payments aren't typed in twice.
Where is our data stored?
Wherever you need it. For UK clients we usually host in a UK or EU data centre, and we document it for your GDPR records.
Do you work on fixed prices?
Yes, once the scope is written down. For ongoing work we also offer a dedicated developer by the month.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We review the code and documentation first and tell you plainly what state it's in.
