Take orders where your customers already chat

Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. We turn that chat into a proper ordering line: they browse your menu, fill a cart, choose delivery or pickup and pay, and the order lands on your phone or till.

Estimated $200–500, one-off. Live in two to three weeks.

Try it on your own phone

Questions

Is this real WhatsApp?

Yours would be. The demo on this page runs on our website so anyone can try it without setting anything up, but what we build for you runs on WhatsApp itself, through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, on your own number.

Where do the orders go?

Wherever suits you: a WhatsApp message or email to the manager, a simple order screen for the kitchen, or straight into your POS if it can take orders from outside.

Do I need a new phone number?

You need a number that isn't already on the normal WhatsApp app, because Meta moves it to the business platform. Many restaurants use a new SIM or a landline number.

Does WhatsApp charge for this?

When customers message you first, the replies and order updates that follow are free under Meta's current pricing. Messages you send out of the blue, like promotions, have a small fee per message, which Meta bills to you directly.

Can customers pay inside the chat?

They get a secure payment link from your existing card or wallet provider, or choose cash on delivery. We connect whichever you already use.

What does it cost?

An estimated $200 to $500 to build, one-off, depending on the size of your menu and where orders need to go. Hosting is a small monthly amount we agree up front.
