24x7 Black Car
A chauffeur website that quotes the ride before the customer picks up the phone

24x7 Black Car drives people to and from O'Hare, Midway and Milwaukee airports, to meetings, weddings and nights out, around the clock across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
Most of their bookings used to start with a phone call to ask the price. We rebuilt the site on a custom WordPress theme so a customer can enter a pick-up and drop-off, see the route on a map with an estimated fare, and send the request in under a minute, while every service, vehicle and city gets a page of its own for search.
- 13Services, each with its own page, from O'Hare transfers to weddings and funerals
- 9Vehicles in the fleet, from a BMW 5 Series to a Mercedes Sprinter and a party bus
- 12City pages across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, from Naperville to South Bend
- 1 minTo get an estimated fare: addresses in, route and price out
What 24x7 Black Car needed
The old site described the service but couldn't answer the first question every customer has: how much will my ride cost? It also had little for Google to rank across the many towns and airports they serve.
- Give customers a price range straight away, without a call.
- Take the details dispatch needs in one form: stops, return trip, flight number, passengers, luggage and child seats.
- Rank for searches like "O'Hare car service" and "black car Milwaukee", not just the brand name.
- Make the fleet look as good online as it does at the kerb.
- Let the team change prices and content in WordPress without a developer.
Our solution
A quote form that does the maths
Addresses are found as the customer types. The route is drawn on a map with its distance and drive time, and the fare is worked out from a rate card per vehicle class that the team edits in WordPress.
A page for every search
Services, vehicles and service areas are their own content types, each with a proper page, title, description and schema for Google: local business, breadcrumbs and FAQs.
Requests that reach dispatch
Each request is saved in WordPress with a reference number and emailed to the team, with buttons to call or WhatsApp the customer. The customer gets their own confirmation by email.
An arrival worth remembering
The first visit opens with a short, scroll-driven scene: a headlight comes on, the Escalade rolls in from the dark and the door opens onto the home page. It shows once per visit and never gets in the way.
What we built
Booking starts on the home page
The hero asks one question, where can we take you, with one-way, airport and hourly options. Pick-up, drop-off and time go straight into the full quote form.
- Open 24/7, with call, text and WhatsApp in the top bar
- Typical reply in 5 to 7 minutes
- Every page has a Book now button

Route, distance and drive time on a map
Here a customer has entered Willis Tower to O'Hare. The route appears on the map with 22 miles and 56 minutes, ready for the next step, where they pick a vehicle and see the estimated fare.
- Address search limited to the region they serve
- Add stops, a return trip and a flight number
- Passengers, luggage, child seats and meet and greet

The fleet, one page per vehicle
Every vehicle has its own page with real photos, passenger and luggage limits, and what is included. Customers can request that exact vehicle from the page.

City pages that rank
Each service area gets a page written for that city, with its own popular trips and local airports. Milwaukee, for example, leads with the run down I-94 to O'Hare and transfers to Milwaukee Mitchell.
