What the app reads
With your permission, Pulse Deck reads heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) from Apple Health to calculate a Calm Score and to compare readings before and after a reset. It writes each completed reset to Health as mindful minutes.
Where your data stays
Everything stays on your watch. Session results are stored on the device so the app can show trends, and the latest Calm Score is shared only with the app's own watch-face complication. Pulse Deck has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. No health data, or any other data, is sent to the developer or to any third party.
Your control
You can revoke Health access at any time in the Health app on your iPhone (Sharing → Apps → Pulse Deck) or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health on your watch. Deleting the app deletes its stored sessions. Mindful minutes already written to Health remain in Health and can be removed there.
Children
Pulse Deck does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Not medical advice
Pulse Deck is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
