Yes. Plots, files and units are measured in Marla, Kanal or sq ft, with your society's own marla size (225 or 272 sq ft).
Can it handle open files and balloting?
Yes. Unballoted files and balloted plots sit in the same inventory.
How are installments and cheques tracked?
Every buyer gets a schedule with down payment, installments, balloon and possession payments, plus a cheque register with cleared and bounced status and overdue alerts.
Can dealers use it?
Yes. Dealers get their own login, see only their allocated units, and their commission is worked out with tax withheld.
Does it keep the accounts?
Yes. Bookings, receipts, cheques, refunds and commissions are posted to the books automatically, with a trial balance and finance overview.
