The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting user interfaces and experiences that are both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Interaction Design: Define and design interactive elements and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
- User Testing: Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of designs and contribute to product strategy.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and demonstrating user-centered design thinking.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
