Webtronix is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and performance-driven marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Manage daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and community engagement
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
- Handle comments, messages, and online reputation management
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager experience
- Influencer outreach or campaign management
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
- Familiarity with marketing automation or scheduling tools
