Social Media Expert

Webtronix is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and performance-driven marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Manage daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and community engagement
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
  • Handle comments, messages, and online reputation management

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS: 

  • Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
  • Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager experience
  • Influencer outreach or campaign management
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or scheduling tools
