We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our testing and product quality team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience. University project experience and previous internship experience in QA, testing, or software development are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and report issues clearly.
• Help in preparing test documentation, including test plans and test reports.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Participate in functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Verify that product features meet requirements and quality standards.
• Learn and support basic automation testing (if applicable).
• Keep track of issues using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–6 months of experience (academic projects, university labs, or previous internship experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of: Software testing concepts, SDLC & STLC, Bug lifecycle
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar (optional but preferred).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document findings clearly.
• Willingness to learn and improve testing skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• University or academic project experience in software development/testing.
• Previous internship experience in QA or related roles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of any automation tool (Selenium, Postman, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
