We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, and experience working with large-scale datasets. You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into real-world applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to preprocess and analyze data.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Develop end-to-end pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems and applications.
- Conduct model evaluation and tuning using metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, and ROC AUC.
- Maintain documentation for models, data pipelines, and experiments.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends and apply best practices.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Understanding of software engineering best practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, testing, etc.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series modeling.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment frameworks like MLflow or SageMaker.
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
- Experience with data annotation tools and techniques.
