We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, and experience working with large-scale datasets. You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into real-world applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to preprocess and analyze data.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Develop end-to-end pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems and applications.
• Conduct model evaluation and tuning using metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, and ROC AUC.
• Maintain documentation for models, data pipelines, and experiments.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends and apply best practices.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
• Understanding of software engineering best practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, testing, etc.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series modeling.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment frameworks like MLflow or SageMaker.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
• Experience with data annotation tools and techniques.
