Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developer who can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of projects — from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and passionate about building scalable, high-performing web applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Postgres, Next.js, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Translate minimum business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces and dynamic user experiences with React and modern UI libraries (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind, ShadCN, Chakra UI).
• Develop secure and optimized backend systems, authentication flows, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase, Azure).
• Manage databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data consistency.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Handle deployments, environment configurations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug issues across the stack and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and QA engineers when needed — while being capable of driving solo projects end-to-end.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js preferred).
• Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, and backend architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB (and familiarity with Mongoose ORM).
• Proficient in REST API design, error handling, and authentication (JWT, OAuth2).
• Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and branching strategies.
• Familiar with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, Render, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or RTK Query.
• Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture.
• UI/UX sensitivity and ability to convert Figma or design mockups to pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Knowledge of unit testing and API testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Postman).
• Prior experience in multi-tenant systems or SaaS platforms is a plus.
